P3R announced street closures related to the 2022 Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race presented by Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, scheduled for September 24-25. One of Pittsburgh’s longest-running races, this year’s weekend of events will feature 10,000 participants completing a variety of distances, including the Diaper Dash, Tot Trot, One Mile Family Fun Run, 5K and 10K.
Road closures for the Great Race will start at 6:30 a.m. and continue through 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 25. Streets in the Downtown, Uptown, Oakland and Squirrel Hill neighborhoods will be impacted. Below is a list of approximate street closure times:
