PITTSBURGH — P3R has announced
road closures for the 2024
Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race, scheduled for September 28-29. More than 9,000 participants are expected to take part in events including the Diaper Dash, Tot Trot, Family Fun Run, 5K, and 10K.
Race morning
road closures on
Sunday, Sept. 29 will begin Downtown near Stanwix Street at 5:30 a.m.
Roads along the course will
close at 6:30 a.m. and remain
closed until 11:00 a.m. Streets in the Downtown, Uptown, Oakland, and Squirrel Hill neighborhoods will be impacted. Below is a list of approximate
road closure times:
Residents and visitors in the affected zones are advised to park vehicles outside the
closure areas if they need to travel during the event. A full course map is available
here. There are no
road closures for the Dollar Bank Junior Great Race, held in Point State Park, on Saturday, Sept. 28.
